Wendy Kinghorn, founder of Palmetto House Interiors, is a seasoned designer and home stager based in beautiful Ormond Beach, Florida. With more than two decades of experience in design, construction, and project management, Wendy has led transformations across the country—from St. George and Las Vegas to Park City, Bozeman, the San Francisco Bay Area, Hawaii, and now Florida.
Wendy brings a unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise to every project. She has designed and staged countless homes, renovated her own investment properties, and built an in-depth understanding of how to merge structure, style, and functionality seamlessly.
At the heart of Palmetto House Interiors is Wendy’s belief that beautiful spaces should feel both elevated and livable. With a refined eye for detail and a passion for creating inviting, thoughtfully curated interiors, she transforms houses into homes that reflect each client’s personal style while enhancing comfort and everyday enjoyment.
Her background uniquely bridges both the creative and technical sides of design. She has not only designed and staged countless client homes but has also built and renovated several of her own properties, including successful investment flips. This hands-on experience gives her an unmatched understanding of how to merge structure, style, and functionality.
