A seasoned designer and home stager, Wendy Kinghorn is the creative force behind Palmetto House Interiors, based in Ormond Beach, Florida. With more than two decades of experience in design and construction, Wendy has led projects across the country—from St. George and Las Vegas to Park City, Bozeman, the San Francisco Bay Area, Hawaii, and now Florida.

Wendy’s background uniquely bridges both the creative and technical sides of design. She has not only designed and staged countless client homes but has also built and renovated several of her own properties, including successful investment flips. This hands-on experience gives her an unmatched understanding of how to merge structure, style, and functionality.
